Shipping policy

All our orders are important to us and following receipt we always aim to prepare and dispatch your order the following working day.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and our competitive standard delivery is a 2-4 day service from the date it has been dispatched.  During postal strikes we may use an alternative courier service to ensure your order reaches you.

We only ship to locations in the UK, England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland.

Our shipping price is just £3.99 nationally. The final cost is calculated at the checkout stage.

We cannot be responsible for delays to your delivery due to courier errors, delays or parcels being lost in the system. We have no control over delivery times and only give these as a guide.

During particularly busy periods such as the run up to Easter, Halloween and Christmas, to ensure your order arrives on time please order early to avoid disappointment.

During summer months or periods of hot weather we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your order due to the heat. Please keep this in mind when ordering chocolate products and unwrapped boiled sweets as we have no control over the temperature Royal Mail stores items once they have been dispatched.
