Heta Svenskjaver - Liquorice and Carolina Reaper Chilli

Heta Svenskjävlar (Hot Swedish Bastards) is a brutal & delicious combination of the world's saltiest liquorice and the world's hottest chili.

Liquorice & salmiak cream surrounded by salty liquorice that has then been dusted with plentiful quantities of salmiak. This has all then been coated in caramelised white chocolate, powdered freeze-dried strawberries & Carolina Reaper.

Chili-heads can treat this as tasty candy. For everybody else, be warned that these are HOT.

ABOUT HAUPT LAKRITS

Haupt Liquorice was launched in August 2014 by Christian Haupt and is based out of a small liquorice studio near Stockholm, Sweden. They focus on small batch production of liquorice using the highest quality ingredients that they can obtain. Haupt Liquorice are known for producing liquorice contains as much as 9% raw Calabrian liquorice and for cooking methods that produce intense, smooth and mature flavours.
