These sweets might be called Liquorice Cream Rock but they are certainly not as hard as rock! Lovely black liquorice is combined with different flavours and colours of fondant to create a popular choice.

Cane sugar molasses, sugar, wheat flour, glucose syrup, wheat starch, modified potato starch, liquorice extract, coconut fat, colours (E120, E150c, E160a), invert sugar syrup, pork gelatine, dextrose, coconut oil, flavourings, colouring food (concentrate of safflower), acids (E270, E330).
